IBDome
Project Summary
The IBDome project will develop an internet-accessible database that integrates extensive omics datasets from IBD patients along with their corresponding clinical disease status. The database will contain two types of data: 1) deep profiling data generated using state-of-the-art technologies from a defined exemplary patient cohort including controls, provided by four pre-selected projects of the consortium, and 2) broad profiling data from a large number of samples from existing tissue biobanks in Erlangen and Berlin.
